BiKBBI are the UK’s first and only government sanctioned institute dedicated to kitchen, bedroom and bathroom installation. Launched in 2006 & working with professional installers (like us) as well as other branches of this industry to define, shape and introduce the UK’s first ever industry standards.

Health & Safety requirements are met and installers undertake annual assessment to verify competence.

Members are DBS checked, in accordance with The Rehabilitation of Offenders Act, to reduce risk to consumers.

Members maintain a minimum of £2m Public Liability Insurance, protecting against unforeseen circumstances.

Members follow industry standards to ensure professional service for all consumers.

Payment protection for added comfort, our members offer financial services to protect deposits and monies paid.

Dispute Assist in the unlikely event of a dispute, BiKBBI provide practical advice and guidance to both parties.

Quality from start to finish!
There are always companies and individuals willing to go to the lowest denominator on cost to secure work. This leads to poor and possibly dangerous workmanship issues that don't always seem apparent until a couple of years down the road. All of our people and associates are time served, security vetted and extremely competent at what they do.
Communication at every stage
We know how important it is to keep effective communications running at every stage of the project, from initial engagement through critical stages and finally at sign off. In the unlikley event of problems there should be clear guidelines on resolving those problems. Although we never had to use the service, we are signed up to Dispute Assist an independent government approved body to handle disputes and protect us and yourselves.
No hidden charges!
We are very clear on all charges involved in any project, we even include estimates where work may be necessary, dependent on certain circumstances. Such as when removing wall & floor tiles it may be that a wall needs plastering or latexing (floor levelling) is required. If not that’s a bonus, but if needed you already know the costs involved. Where we encounter a truly unforeseen problem we will endevour to solve it on an absolute cost recovery basis (for example asbestos issues)…
